Ground Level

How we develop relationships with our natural environment that includes all living and inorganic things is based in part on our perspective shaped by prior life experiences, vantage points and desires.

How do you connect and experience on an intimate ground level with the surface of our shared Earth? Perhaps it’s a heart shaped rock spotted along the trail that stimulates you to dream about a loving relationship. Maybe a forest wildflower emerging from decaying leaf clutter helps give life to your desire for renewal or a new beginning.

For me there is never a time when sauntering in nature that I don’t feel a profound sense of companionship and appreciation for all the interconnected wonders we collectively depend on to survive, thrive and enjoy.
